M/s Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway Private Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Ceigall India Limited, incorporated for the execution of the Development of 6-lane Access-Controlled Ludhiana–Bathinda Greenfield Highway Section of NH-754AD (Package-2) in the State of Punjab.

The project involves the development of a 6-lane access-controlled Greenfield highway section of NH-754AD from the junction with Moga–Barnala Road (NH-703) near village Tallewal to the junction with Delhi–Katra Expressway (NE-5) near village Ballowal, Ludhiana, covering Km 30+300 to Km 75+543.
This stretch forms a key segment of the Ludhiana–Ajmer Economic Corridor under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase–I and plays a vital role in enhancing connectivity, reducing travel time, and boosting economic and religious tourism across Punjab.

About Laboratory
The Project Laboratory at Ceigall Ludhiana Bathinda Greenfield Highway (LBG–02) plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance throughout project execution. The lab operates under the supervision of the Independent Engineer and in coordination with NHAI representatives, maintaining strict adherence to specifications and testing protocols.
Key laboratory activities include:

Conducting FDD (Field Density Determination) tests at site to verify pavement compaction levels.

Sampling and gradation testing of GSB materials to ensure compliance with approved mix designs.

Gradation analysis of WMM materials in coordination with the Independent Engineer.

Concrete cube strength testing witnessed by the Independent Engineer for structural quality validation.
-
Calibration of sand pouring cylinders and other field testing equipment to maintain accuracy.
-
Preparation of daily laboratory reports (DPRs) documenting all material testing and quality checks performed at site.
